Renewing Myself Again
Hi guys! It’s been a while. I was just busy too offline with some personal issues and I really have to attend to some important stuff with my family. But no need to worry, everything is well now and I feel better now and a little bit refresh. Thanks to some of my family and friends who kept me sane throughout this journey.
Now that I’m revitalized, I thought of starting a new me. I’m trying to convince myself to be more conscious in terms of my physical physique especially in terms on my weight. You see, after the trials that I’ve been thru I got a bit depressed which caused me to eat more than eat less. If I’m not mistaken, I think some people who undergo stress or depression usually gets thin within the process but as for me it was the other way around. I tend to eat more than I used to for me to forget about the problem itself. I also tend to disburse all my rants and pains thru cooking and eating for the food itself will not hinder me from rage. Yup! That’s me.
Now, I realized I really gained from it all not only lessons but fats! Urgh! I just got my figures and it was astonishing that I increase about 20 pounds from it all. Bad!
Anyways, as part of renewing myself, I’m planning to undergo liposuction in a few months. Yes, I want to get rid of these unwanted fats especially on my tummy and arms. These areas are the ones who suffered most. But I’m still having second thoughts as to where should I trust my body with. I hope someone can help me with this so that I can get slimmer as soon as possible.
